This curriculum is used as an introductory study to Massachusetts health care careers and health care jobs in general. It includes 25 days of lesson plans, transparencies, lecture materials, tests, worksheets and charts/games. Lesson topics cover specific occupations such as nursing, pharmacy and dentistry as well as occupational areas in health services administration, medical support and diagnostic services. General career decision making and goal setting modules round out the curriculum. Developed by the Southwest Georgia Area Health Education Center.

This introductory curriculum on health careers includes 10 sessions of lesson plans, transparencies, worksheets, tests, and charts/games. This creative site is a highly interactive learning adventure focused on solving medical mysteries of infectious disease. Health Occupations Education (grades 7-12)

This website, developed by the North Carolina Public Schools, offers an extensive set of curricula for 8 courses in allied health sciences, biotechnology and medical sciences. Each course includes a brief course description, and a comprehensive blueprint outlining the framework, competencies and goals of the course. The curriculum itself provides course material in Word, PDF and PowerPoint. Course materials include detailed outlines, teaching/learning activities and lesson plans based on a workplace learning strategy for each course. Courses are designed to guide students in a thorough exploration of healthcare delivery, services, occupations and related sciences.
