Exploring Faces of Opportunities (high school)
This curriculum is used as an introductory study to Massachusetts health care careers and health care jobs in general. It includes 25 days of lesson plans, transparencies, lecture materials, tests, worksheets and charts/games. Lesson topics cover specific occupations such as nursing, pharmacy and dentistry as well as occupational areas in health services administration, medical support and diagnostic services. General career decision making and goal setting modules round out the curriculum. Developed by the Southwest Georgia Area Health Education Center.

Health Occupations
Education (grades 7-12)
This website, developed by the North Carolina Public Schools, offers an extensive set of curricula for 8 courses in allied health sciences, biotechnology and medical sciences. Each course includes a brief course description, and a comprehensive blueprint outlining the framework, competencies and goals of the course.
